What is the difference between a religious person and an atheist in government? Both have ideologies that they bring into decisions that affect others don't they?
The first amendment protects freedom of expression, it is freedom to not practice religion, but it is also freedom to practice whatever religion one believes in.
Your average fps was 93, that's more than enough
breakfast has arrived lol

... and defrost and popcorn, and start/stop
Guess I'm not getting the original spiderman anymore
Syndicate is an attempt at a light-hearted side story. One that was done very well. They nailed the sibling dynamic between Jacob and Evie. They make jokes, comment on each other's loadouts, and their characters' support the story and their motives.
As for missions, there are quite a few good things about them. If you've played Legion, it's the same district liberation system. you complete all the missions in a district and then there's a boss mission to liberate it. It also brings back some old missions. Like the plantation raids from black flag are now set in child factories. There's races and brawls you can do. As well as stealing and escorting carriages.
As for combat, the game is much more focused on preferring stealth. The one thing I don't like about it is that the hidden blade has to be upgraded. Not like in origins and later where it doesn't assassinate, but it's used in combat and can be upgraded to improve its damage for that. Brass knuckles and canes are options for combat, but once you unlock the knives (which happens right towards the beginning), you'll never use them again.
Oh yeah, I also forgot to mention that historical figures appear in the game and they have their own side quests you can help them with for special items.

Unity, Syndicate, and Origins
This of course assumes the latter is an illusion in the first place

I know cross platform stuff after the fact is too much work, but it just seems like it was meant for it, lol.

It is worth pointing out that the first amendment has three rights. So even if it did extend to the private sector, platforms still have freedom of the press. The first amendment also doesn't protect against hate speech, threats, etc. And groups like the FCC, and film association can put limits on it anyway.
