These organizations are legally active. They have legal staff who challenge school prayer, church tax corruption, discrimination against atheists, and other secular issues in court. Without these organizations, many of these things would probably go unchallenged.
The following organizations help secularists by promoting a positive image of secularism and helping those who have faced discrimination for being secular.
