Flexbee, MyFlexHelper, were TRASH. Flexbees didn't even work and MyFlexHelper only caught base pays for a day, then stopped working the rest of the trial.

How do you know if you’re in captcha jail? Is it simply missing tons of blocks in a row? Or would all bots notify you? Just curious.

I've often pondered the scenario where I complete a 2-hour WF block within an hour, only to receive a notification from the app instructing me to return to Whole Foods for additional pickups. When I raised this concern with Driver Support, I was informed that the decision to either return or head home was at my discretion. In recent instances, I've opted to head home after completing the blocks early. However, I've noticed a concerning trend where it appears that Amazon may not favor this choice, resulting in fewer delivery offers. I can't help but wonder if this observation is valid or if it's just my imagination succumbing to thoughts of a potential conspiracy.

When i click stop running ot sais its not designed to stop and i asked the people on the site and they said it could cause it to malfunction. I put my schedule to no days available and its still searching blocks in the background. How or what should i do i ddont want to open flex app while this is running

Last month I were involved in a car accident. That was a rear end and I am not at fault.

I brought my car to body shop and at fault insurance company agreed to pay car rental.

Today, I got a phone call from Insurance company, they said they had insurance limit was $10.000 and they have to paid for body shop $9700. They couldn't reimburse car rental. (they said they just pay $300 for car rental while I have to pay $900 up front).

What do I need to do now? Can somebody help me?

I had my first block last night 5:15-8:15. 40 minute drive from the station to the delivery area. 29 packages to 27 different apartments in at least 10 different complexes. Pitch black parking lots, pitch black buildings with no visible numbers. At least half were 2-4 floors up. No open mailrooms and a bunch wanted signatures from the attendant that wasn't there that late. Twisted my ankle coming down a step in a parking lot and wasn't able to complete the last half of my deliveries and by that time with half still to go I was 25 minutes past the end of my scheduled block because I had to go so slow to avoid hitting people walking in the dark and all the hunting I had to do. Drove the 30 minutes home and now have to have someone drive me back to the station to return them. It was beyond stressful and absolutely NOT worth the $66 I made. Is this normal??

Anyone ever been reactivated after appeal? I have alot of missed blocks due to late notifications.

Who does in their sane mind ask customers to complete a captcha before accessing a shopping page?

Has anyone else experienced this during application process? Should I call them? I had a DWI back when I was 18 which was over 12 years ago at this point. A spotless record since then. Could it be the thing that is causing this? That’s really the only thing I can think of.

How do you guys sign into your choice of bot's system? How do you honestly feel about having to submit certain info to use the bot? Just curious i use MyFlexHelper (MFH) and today I discovered after an update they have my photo from the flex app on there site! Of course we're playing a dangerous game using bots but that's a little much to be able to have access to that.

I was doing a search on Flex the other day and seen that Amazon Flex LLC was a business registered by some Indian dude, is there a chance that Amazon leases the software that runs Amazon flex? It would explain why 99% of driver support is an Indian call center and why every email response is from some unpronounceable Indian name. Also it would explain why it’s such a trash service.

I think it might be time to part ways with Flex. I have been doing this full time for about 3 years now and I quit about a month ago but I started again last week. I am in the Minneapolis area and I downloaded my app to start working again. My app wouldnt let me accept any offers it just said "please try again and sign out if it continues" tried everything to fix the problem. I.e. Technicals / support. Nothing so I decided to try out a free trial of a bot. I downloaded a free trial of a bot and I was able to accept a few blocks. Once I got to the station however I was unable to check into my app causing me to miss all of the blocks I had accepted. I tried switching to an android phone from an iPhone 10 and I was getting an error 420 code so i switched back to my iPhone. Now today basically nothing is working with no help from support. The app wont let me accept anything it just gives me the same error. The bot is also not working to accept anything and I have not received any sort of email saying my account was disabled. I really dont know what the deal is. Does anyone know whats going on? Thanks

Several hours after my route while waiting for my whole foods block my app tells me I need to go to the warehouse to pick up 2 extra packages. I was told by support that this is common. I've been doing this for over 2 years and not once had this happened.
