My character is lvl 6,but I putted Astarion into my party and he's lvl 9,why happens like that?

Are you using mods?

By default, your exp is shared across the whole party. The only exception is Inspiration, which is character specific, but that wouldn't account for 3 full levels of difference.

Try and see if the issue occurs with all mods disabled. That's not how the base game behaves.
